Karleen Rainey
Director of Operations
Karleen manages how De Pinna operates, implementing the firm’s strategy and support to ensure everyone can achieve their objectives and continue to develop their skills and practice. She joined De Pinna in January 2022.
Karleen studied International Relations at Boston University in the USA and achieved her Masters in Human Resources from the London School of Economics.
Karleen has over 20 years’ worth of experience in strategy, operations, HR and office management and has worked for several US law firms. Prior to joining De Pinna, as Head of Partner HR at her previous firm, she managed over 430 global partners and now plays a crucial role in leading De Pinna’s growth and development.
