We understand that often you need your documents legalised as soon as possible, sometimes on the same day. Preparing your documents to be legalised by Apostille or Consular Legalisation involves different fees, protocols and requirements, varying from country to country.
We’ll work with you to ensure your documents can be legalised as quickly as possible.
Our team are in close contact with consulates, lawyers and advisers around the world, meaning we can work with them quickly to identify and mitigate any disruptions that could impede the process. De Pinna’s in-house messengers can then securely and swiftly deliver your documents to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and Consulates.
Documents for use in countries that have ratified the Hague Convention of 5th October 1961 on the legalisation of public documents ONLY REQUIRE legalisation by Apostille at the FCDO. Our West End offices benefit from close proximity to the FCDO.
De Pinna offers the options of Premium Same-Day or Standard services.
Premium Same Day Service
An Apostille service whereby documents are personally delivered to the FCDO’s Legalisation Office in Central London. Documents ready to be submitted for Legalisation in the morning should be returned to us before close of business on the same day.
Apostille service whereby documents are personally delivered to the FCDO’s Legalisation Office in Milton Keynes. The documents are turned around within 3-5 working days.
For countries that have not ratified the Hague Convention of 5th October 1961, documents must be legalised at the Consulate of the relevant country. In many cases, Apostille is still required before Consular Legalisation is affixed. We will advise you on the exact procedures.
