De Pinna provides translation services in a full range of language pairings. We undertake standalone translation work as well as translation work being incidental to notarial and/or legalisation work.
We work with clients across a wide variety of sectors including legal, finance, tax and accounting, medical, pharmaceutical, insurance, technology and intellectual property as well as many others.
We utilise advanced translation technologies and are accredited with ISO 27001 for Information Security Management and follow the ISO 9001 for Quality Management. In addition to this, we are members of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) and work with translation project managers who are APM Project Management Qualified. This means there are no limitations on the scale, type or complexity of the translation projects we handle for our clients.
De Pinna routinely translates a range of documents for both individual and corporate clients in and out of English and your requested language. These documents include birth, marriage and death certificates, Certificates of Incorporation, bid and tender documents as well as agreements, contracts and much more.
Our DP Professional and DP Pro Plus service options give you the flexibility to select a package that best meets the needs and urgency of your documents.
DP Professional
Involves translation by one mother tongue linguist with a project manager performing quality assurance checks before final delivery of the translation. This service is worth considering for translations required for information purposes only or where a particularly expedited turnaround is required.
DP Pro Plus
Involves the same process as with DP Professional and additionally a full proofread performed by a second mother tongue linguist to ensure delivery of a translation of the highest possible quality. This service option is advisable for any text which will be published or relied upon in judicial proceedings.
De Pinna translates a variety of documents for both corporate and individual clients. When you partner with us, we will promptly assess the appropriate timescale for your document translations as well as the prerequisite information and resources our notaries will require.
We will provide a proposed quote for the project; usually within two hours of receiving your documents. Our linguists then get to work to translate, edit and revise your documents, with bi-lingual reviews and final verifications that assure their quality and efficacy.
