We are Proud to Announce the Opening of Our New Office Located in the City of London
- May 2022
As the largest and one of the most established firms of Scrivener notaries in England and Wales, we serve clients across the capital with interests and affairs in jurisdictions around the globe. Now, we are expanding to bring our services, team and operations into the City of London with our new luxury office in Birchin Court.
This marks an exciting development in De Pinna’s evolution. Our Partners, Associates and staff will be in the heart of the City, giving them the opportunity to facilitate transactions at short notice when clients have time-sensitive demands, forge new relationships with both corporate and individual clients and develop their notarial practice in the world’s legal and financial centre.
Our City office will work in tandem with our West End office, based close to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. Our team will be able to move and work seamlessly across the two locations. Our cutting-edge CRM system will ensure all the information they need is centralised across De Pinna’s operations and they are able to meet tight deadlines efficiently and securely. This will also provide our clients with more flexibility when they need to partner with De Pinna at short notice; whether they want to meet us in our City or West End offices, or remotely. Our Partner Sara Dodd will head-up the new office. She has over 10 years’ experience working with corporate and private clients in the City and is looking forward to making a return.
This is a really exciting opportunity and challenge for both myself and the firm. At De Pinna we strive to be at the top of our game and to keep up to date with any changes that affect the jurisdictions we work in; I think having a presence in the City is going to be very beneficial.
There’s a buzz you get from being in the City and at the centre of a number of international deals and transactions. There’s been a lot of regeneration around Liverpool Street and Bishopsgate, and with more people returning to the office post-pandemic, this feels like the right time to get involved in the City and its transformation.
Initially I will be bringing a small core team with me to the City office, and eventually all the Partners and Associates will have the opportunity to work across both locations. Because we’re the largest firm of notaries in the country, we have the resources, specialist departments and expertise to assist clients with their needs swiftly and efficiently. I’m looking forward to connecting more clients with De Pinna and for our team to develop in a new part of London.
